Shipping Policy — How Your BluezShirt Order Gets to You, Step by Step

At BluezShirt, we believe that every shirt we create is part of someone’s story. Whether it’s a birthday gift, a moment of self-expression, or just a design that made you smile — we want to make sure it gets to you smoothly, securely, and with care. That’s why we’ve crafted our shipping policy to be as honest, straightforward, and reassuring as our designs.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to every corner of the United States — from the heart of Texas to the coasts of California, and even Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses. If USPS, UPS, or DHL can get there, so can we. We know our customers come from all walks of life and all corners of the country, and we want every one of you to know: BluezShirt ships to you.
Shipping Costs
We don’t bury shipping in the product price or call it “free” when it’s not. Instead, we charge a clear, flat shipping fee of $4.99 per order. No surprises at checkout, no complicated shipping tiers. One simple rate — whether you’re ordering one item or a few. It’s just one of the ways we stay transparent and respectful of your trust.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
We don’t pull products from a warehouse shelf — we make them just for you. As soon as your order is placed, our production process begins. We print each item to order, carefully check for quality, and then prepare it for shipment.
On average, it takes 1–2 business days to process and prepare your order. Once it’s ready, standard shipping times across the U.S. range from 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s route. We ship with USPS, UPS, or DHL — whichever gets your package to you the most efficiently.
To help you plan better: if you place your order before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, we begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that will begin processing on the next business day.
Example Delivery Timeline
Here’s what a typical order might look like:
You place your order on a Monday morning.
We print and prepare it by Tuesday or Wednesday.
Your package ships out by Wednesday afternoon.
It arrives at your doorstep between Friday and the following Monday, depending on how far it’s traveling.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link directly to your email. From there, you can follow your package every step of the way — from our printer to your porch. If you can’t find the email or the tracking seems delayed, just reach out. We’re always happy to help track things down.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take packaging seriously, but shipping carriers can be unpredictable. If your order arrives damaged, or if it’s lost in transit, please don’t worry — we’ll make it right. Just email us with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll either resend your item or issue a full refund. We’re not here to make excuses — we’re here to stand behind what we send out.
Order Cancellations
We get it — sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, just let us know within 12 hours of placing it. If we haven’t started printing your item, we’ll cancel it with no questions and issue a full refund. After that window, it may already be in production, but we’ll still do our best to accommodate your request. Either way, we’ll communicate clearly and treat your situation with care.
